>>523145>Garmin GPSMap line is what counts.>I have an older model, pic related, 60CSx. Reliable, easy to use, high quality.^this^
I had a 60CSx for years. Great unit.
Only downsides (for me), external antenna + front brake line on moto = broken antenna. Happened once when I crashed, peeled the unit apart like a banana. Was able to repair it though.
I now have a 76Cx. RAM-mount for this unit wraps around the entire device, giving it more protection (no protruding antenna, and no belt-clip-mount), and I prefer the buttons-over-screen for handheld use. Otherwise the two are identical.
The "S"ensor package I could go without. The electronic compass and the baro was really far off unless you calibrated them weekly. Compass I turned off and left off, baro just annoyed me every time I went to read elevation. Cx has no sensors.
Whatever you get, put a screen protector on it.
