It's one of those twist tie things, there are two sets of holes, one small set to keep it from falling off (it was a struggle to get it in there) and bigger holes to tuck the tag ends in to so my line doesn't tangle on them after my wire is secured. Easy to do quickly and easily with cold hands and no tools.
