I imagine you're in America, I have no idea how the rail companies work down there, but essentially up here just keep applying and you'll eventually get in.
For years one of the requirements was a grade 12 education, they even dropped that as they are so desperate for applicants where I am. You can be making 100k after a few months of training and be a Grade 7 drop out, it's fucking ridiculous.
