and Central European country (except Monaco and the Vatican). I only got caught once, by a Sardinian farmer, and he didn't give a fuck. Nobody gives a fuck if you're subtle and don't light fires (I do light fires but I'm very discreet)
There's plenty of wilderness in Europe where you can find freedom. Name any country and I'll tell you where you can go to practice bushcraft and be alone.
