>>2419044Okay anons, here is the deal. I've been on /ck/ (terrible board, jannies are awfully ban happy) and /diy (fun board I guess but not their forte) and have heard about the HGM general.
I have 5 boxes with plants in them.
1) Green Onions, Basil, Cilantro: I've already harvested most of this.
2) Strawberries, I'm not even sure how good they're doing harvest wise, because my kid keeps fucking eating them
3) Blackberries, they are just now starting to come in
4) Green Beans/Broccoli. I harvested the broccoli, It was a lot of room for only 2 stalks. I honestly didn't realize how much room it would take, my green beans are happy as they have room to breathe now. Live and learn
4) Peppers and Zuchini
Holy fuck. I didn't realize how invasive zuchini it is, and whats worse is the more I harvest them the faster they grew. Peppers are pretty easy and straight forward, throw some seeds in and water them. They grow quickest in the heat.
I'm really trying to sure up obtaining some wood or some sort of container for cheap to make a bigger garden next year. I really haven't had issues with bugs and critters, everything is in an enclosed space. Not a greenhouse, its outdoors but within a dog run for fence.
My question is where do people get gardening beds for cheap or what are some other cheap alternatives you've come across?
