Best bet would be a big and cheap milsurp pack, and for a whole week you'd want at least a 50 litre pack unless you're one of those ultralighters. Honestly all bergen style rucksacks are more or less the same; they're designed to be a big sack that goes on your back, comfort and ergonomics were not considered by the designers, so just go for whatever is the cheapest and has the least holes in it.
