Welder. I got a cheap welder at Home Depot. They have mig welders that you can plug into 110v and use flux core, no gas, then it's just a ground strap and pull the trigger. I got the 220v one. Then you just watch youtube videos on how. You can fix stuff and in the down time make rebar spiders for yard art. Halloween make rebar skeleton people and dogs.
