I'm growing garlic for the first time this fall. I read that the green sprouts are supposed to die back in winter so that it starts putting energy into the bulb. Because of the mild winter this hasn't happened yet. There's been some frost here, but not much.
Is this gonna be a problem? Anything I should do or will it be fine? It's regular garlic from the store and has been growing about 5 sprouts per clove.
