If gas mileage isn't a factor then a chevy panel van would be a great home. Not very many windows in those so you can get ultimate privacy and the back is easy to build on. If gas mileage is a concern then a dodge caravan could do a great job. I have a friend who lives in an older model and he has managed to build quite the impressive setup.
