I can't say enough about this bad motherfucker right here. I only need boiled water for my food, so it's perfect. Not for any of the /out/ chefs unfortunately.

I think it works great, the only issue is I am thinking about switching to water bottles instead of a bladder. Interesting concept on making it a gravity filter though! I hear with the SmartWater bottles you can backflush them simply by inserting the end into the mouthpiece of the bottle and squeezing... Nifty little trick.
