all black is garbage, yes it is ok in the dark but not if anyone's searching for you with light. you need actual camouflage, something that breaks your outline so people searching for you, day or night, with or without light, never actually see the figure of a person. finding someone wearing black is easy mode
you need a ghillie suit, they make different colours and for different seasons. collect em all!
