I've been wondering this for the longest time. I own a 40 acre stretch of woods with some big ass fields here and there, a creek running through it and some pretty good dirt bike trails for me and my kids. So you can figure I get a good bit of trespassers coming through here.
But what happens if some fag from the water treatment planet nearby, or a game warden, or someone else gets themselves killed? Am I considered a murderer?
What's my limit here?
