I've used the hook on my SwissChamp to, among other things, pry open a jammed-shut shed door after the handle failed. The saw is waaay better than you might expect. I've tied a length of five-fiddy to the little mini key ring thing with a double half hitch, duct taped the coin magnet I keep stuck to the back of the knife onto the... can opener, I think, taped my EDC light to the knife, and used the resulting contraption to fish my little sister's frenemy's keys after the dumb bitch dropped them down a storm drain.
