I got almost all my gear from aliexpress. Soms things were good others I found didn't work for me.. but that also just had to do with my experience in camping. Prices have really gone up over the years though.
things I love:
>Nature hike cloud peak 2, 3 seasons
excellent tent, waterproof even in heavy rain and quite spacious. The 4 season version has condensation issues I read though.
>Titanium 750mL water bottle lixada,
best choice for storing just plain water imo, waterproof and sturdy, can also be used to boil
>Widesea camping gas stove,
neat little gas stove thats very light weight and packable that performs very well
>3ufl foam camping mat
It's good quality and can take some beating, I use it to protect my inflatable trekology sleeping mat (best budget choice for comfy sleeps but is on amazon not ali)
>Titanium long spoon and fork,
much cheaper than getting it locally or from reputable brandw and performs just as well
>Bunch of no name waterproof bags
for organising things in my backpack and keeping stuff dry
>assortment of ropes, clips, tent stakes, tarps
>most things I needed to build my own medkit
Recently bought a lanshan 1 plus, for more stealthy camping, read very positive reviews about it but have yet to try it out. If you consider buying this it's important to note the differences between the models: lanshan 1 comes pre seam sealed, has seperare inner mesh and outer tent, lanshan 1 plus is slightly bigger version of it, lanshan 1 pro has only a single layer, is lighter, higher durability material but doesnt come seam sealed
Things I was disappointed with:
>Geartop ultralight camping tent one person 3 season
Built in mesh only on one side and small pocket at feet, wall makes it prone to condensation issues, also it never really pitches well.
>self inflating camping mat
Huge and heavy, thickness too thin, and deflates halfway the night.
