>>1257281Did you mess your ankle up on the Athens-Big Fork portion of the trail? The man I met told me how difficult it is and I thought the Vile Branch equestrian portion was treacherous. Winding Staircase is beautiful though. I checked a map when I got home and turns out I camped very close to I think it was called Eagle Rock Vista or something like that. I'll need hiking poles for the three day hike for the ABF trail. I bet it's scary to get hurt out there! I had a first aid kit but if something went wrong I was by myself miles away from any other hikers so I'd be fucked.
