Something that's never talked about on /out/ is sheaths for various bladed tools like knives and axes.
What's the best material, leather or synthetic (or even wood, for larger axes)?
What are things one should look for in a sheath or ask for in a custom-made sheath?
Where does one get custom made sheaths?
Fancy embossed decorations, or clean and plain?
Brown / black only, or are colored sheaths acceptable?
(Also; post pics of cool sheaths, this being an image board after all)
