Here is the trick to grow everything with no effort, FROM SEED

Empty most of the bag and dump your seeds into whats still in the plastic coco coir bag.
Now you "reseal" and put under the biggest strongest baddest lightsource you can find.
Turn over once after 4 days or whatever to check whats happening.
>Empty over suitable soil, dump coco coir over it again and water
