I now know what cuckoldry and erectile dysfunction feel like. I went to a new spot, and there was crazy topwater action. Sizable fish, including at least one monster, were surfacing, and I'm pretty sure they weren't carp but bass. I tried fishing topwater and jigs but couldn't get them to bite. I was fishing on a derelict bridge, and I casted my whopper plopper into one of the supports, damaging it. I'm definitely going to be back, maybe tomorrow. As soon as I can, just in case, I'm going to get some carp gear. There are some carp I want to catch elsewhere anyway.
