I’m proud of myself, they were originally a gift for the GF when we first started dating, but her balcony doesn’t get sun in the summer so I ended up taking them over here, she took em back for a few months but then I had actually been keeping up with them so now we built that planter shelf a few weeks ago and they live here 2.5 years later. I thought I would be too lazy to take care of them so well.
There were a few close calls but everything except for the mutant red one have been going strong. Awhile back we had a really rainy 2 weeks and a few of the plants looked really bad, but I got them back and right now with that shelf, the top ones are under the roof and the bottom ones suck up water well so it seems to be working, might have to shift the cactus pot when summer rains get bad.
Pic related was one that almost died in the very beginning but just sprung its first flowers a couple weeks back.
