my roselli in their uhc steel, i'm pretty fifty fifty about the steel because of the rockwell rating of it which in around 66-68 hrc so the sharpening of this blade is a pain in the ass but the sharpness that i get it to is hair whittling sharp, another downside of this is that its not as though as something like a 1095 or even elmax so its not a really heavy duty knife but still one of my best woodworking blades.
