It's not a knife exactly but I carry this with me all the time, usually in my bag but with it's cover it slips easily into a pocket. It's a little worse for wear cause I've been using it for over 15 years now but it's turned out to be super handy in many cases. I got it in Kenya when I was volunteering there and it's great. Originally the middle bit comes out and you're meant to wear it on your wrist like a bracelet blade-down so you can slice a fish open then gut it easy without having to put down and pick up a knife all the time. I don't gut much fish, but held in the hand more like brass knuckles it's like a big circular razorblade which makes a great easy cutting tool for various shit from harvesting to light brush, weeds and brambles etc. When I don't want to look like a crazy person carting a machete around it's a handy alternative. It's also my primary mushroom cutting knife and with a clip I can attach it to a branch easily to reach high up ones which is a great boon. I've thankfully never had to use it on a human, but I've sure scared the shit out of a few waving it in their face.
