it's feasible if it's warm enough at night, i froze my ass because i didn't have a quilt to put underneath.
It's proving itself pretty useful in quarantine too because it's the only way i can chill in my very small balcony, pic related
I don't know about stealth camping, just ask a boomer to set camp in their backyard. some are nice
