Yes, you can get most places with a front drive Honda, and 4wd just means twice as stuck, but mud snow and sand will stop your progress pretty quick. Pic is with 35s that I use for towing but I have some wide 37s that are awesome when it gets dicey.
I've lost track of how many vehicles I've pulled out of snowbanks, ditches, boat ramps and mudholes.
We camp 20 plus times a year so the fuel penalty is steep but knowing you can climb out of gnarly creek bottoms is a good feeling. Stealth camping sometimes requires getting around gates and huge water bars so the more rubber the better.
