When you hit it, clear it, and land it clean... it's damn near orgasmic. Suspension takes all the hit out of it, and you're around the corner and into the next section.
When you don't hit it with enough speed and fail to fully clear it.... it lets you fucking know in a hurry. Land hard, bend the boards, bottom out the suspension, and crunch your ankles/knees/neck.
The big jumps are my weak point on the track. A couple of other features kinda kicked my ass, but some of that was being on a longtrack vs. a sled that's geared towards snocross racing. The terrain changes a bit when you've got another foot and a half of track behind you.
Been a week yesterday since I crunched it, walking on it and getting around pretty good though my balance on that leg is still shaky.
Wednesday night's the entry deadline, if I put in for hillcross (like sno-x only up a mountain, with a couple of jumps but no big doubles or rhythm sections) and drags that'll make sunday my race-day... a week from today.
Hard to say right now but I'm really hoping I'll be steady enough on it that I can tape the fuck out of it and race hillcross.
