When I grab my BoB from the basement I just need to bring her kit, put it in the backpack already containing my EDC, throw in head torch, powerbank, diapers and boo-boo kit... and Bug out Bag for my wife is formed (picrel).

Yes it would be quicker if she would have her already packed but with grabbing cash, wallets, passports packing those two takes me around 9 minutes, from which majority is a trip to the basement. I can live with that. I even created 'what to pack' list if I have trouble thinking during an adrenaline rush
