Then there's the corrosion. It will show up no matter how carefully you paint. We have a vending machine for 5-56, and combine that with a 3M mat, you have an effective remedy. Though, if it doesn't get painted almost immediately after, there's gonna be rust again in the next couple of days.
Don't get me wrong, the job is fun as hell. It's just NEVER ENDING.
