I'm looking to buy some emergency food rations that I can just toss in the back of my car along with some other survival gear and then forget about for the next 5-10 years, but all I could find on Amazon were these shitty little stale looking cookies. Is that really the norm? I'm no survival expert, but I had something much more dense, filling, and calorie packed in mind than some light, crumbly, cookies. More like a brownie/protein bar in consistency. Also, what about vacuum sealed Jerky?
