The knife I had was a lock back and it had quite a bit of play then folded out.
And can I get some recommendations?
My budget is around $40 and I'm looking for a knife for everyday use (no hunting), unpainted blade (chipped paint looks really bad), non-cumbersome and light, and something that is non-assisted but can still really be opened with one hand.
I was looking into the Gerber Freeman and Obsidian (I know the screwdrivers on it are a joke, but I care for the blade), but was also looking at the LST due to it's light weight.
