I know you aren't all like this, but I seriously dislike "mudders". Just two weeks ago a meadow in our local national forest was trashed, AGAIN, by mudders, just after it was finally repaired. They even tore down a rail fence that had blocked it off to get in there and destroy it. (pic related)
A few years ago I came across a destroyed trail junction in a Natural Area that had been demolished by snowmobiles. Luckily I was able to follow their tracks all the way back to their property, and they got busted and had to pay thousands of dollars to fix it up.
it just seems to me the more motorized a person's outdooring is, the less respect they seem to have for nature. I know it isnt all of you, but it happens with such a frequency that it really bothers me. (and yes, I have had to go out and clean up after teenage/college kid hiker/campers that partied out in the woods and left a mess too)
