Ha, I usually don't like slip joints in general, but my Grandpa's knife got me thinking I guess. I'll put this Colt with my cook kit in my pack, or maybe carry it from time to time. Slip joints have a certain air to them. I usually carry a Kershaw or my Benchmade, but some times people can be scared of knives, and slip joints tend to put them at ease because of how classic they look. Most people had an older member of their family with an old knife I guess. And everyone has seen a SAK, so those also don't usually scare people.
