i have been very negligent this year with my garden. today was the first time that i put some real effort into it. trimmed: lovage and sage. pulled: grass, feverfew, dandelions, oxalis, borage, some weed that makes a lot of yellow flowers, another weed that makes yellow flowers, and strawberries. planted: pineapple strawberries, coleus, pink petunias, artichokes, some big plant with purpleish flowers, lupine russell blend, nicotiana and alyssum. still need to plant the rest of my sprouts.
i'm looking forward to the valerian that i didn't pull to fully bloom since the flowers kinda smell like feet. not sure who i'll be gifting those flowers to yet.
