I do a lot of day hiking, so it was important for me to find a pack that was light weight and supported a hydration system (I'm aware the Condor II supports hydration systems, too).
The Talon 22 has the same capacity, is significantly cheaper, and is 1/3rd the weight. I live in a hot climate, and I LOVE that the back panel is mesh, for the added ventilation.
I last used it yesterday, on a seven-mile trail.
