Even following the proper limit (turns out five each, no minimum size for stocked lakes), I can still pull a decent dinner for myself and my girlfriend. Less rice or potatoes.
I mean, fishing is fun. And I'm going to continue after I start my new job. But for the next two weeks, I fish to eat. If today pans out too, the rod has already paid for itself.
