>>2647364>>2647365you want a curved saw for outdoors use. flat saws are only a benefit when cutting at chest height (on a table) while curved saws are better cutting above your shoulders or at your feet (the safest way to saw outdoors most of the time unless you happen to have a perfect height stump/log nearby.)
also corona's folding saws picrel are better than all the japanese brands including silky. lowe's and home depot stocks the 7" ones but they come in more sizes. i've used most folding saws on the market up to their first blade replacement, over a decade of weekend use. project farm's rankings for folding saws are very close to how i rank them, with a few minor differences:
