Cows are also planned just because the soil is terribly burned out. Cows and a chicken tractor are a minimum while i overseed the dogshit out of it. I watched some farmed I don't remember the name of and he went off a list of herbs and spices he grows in the pasture just so they don't need frequent vet bulls.
Fully intend to make use of the full animal as well. Leather is obvious, but I think if i clean the bones I could rig the skeleton up nicely. maybe a market for those.
