In USA and Canada, 95% stealth camping. Maybe a bit more in northern Mexico, but probably hostels from Southern Mexico through Ecuador and a bit of Peru. Will probably need to sleep indoors a fair amount in central Chile too.
If you need more places to see, I highly recommend the northern Cascades. If you can hit them after it stops raining so frequently, both sides are pleasant, and the transitions from the greenery and Douglas firs on the west side to the dry and and Ponderosa pine stands on the east are awesome.
