Instead of the Esbit stove, consider a Sterno stove. Fuel tables stink horrible and can't be used indoors, Sterno stove is just ethanol and has no fould odors.
Some aluminium foil will reduce the time you need to heat water considerably.
Bring tea and/or coffee and some sugar. Or maybe a cocoa drink.
PB is an excellent choice as emergency food. I just looked at that myself and my choices where PB and crispbread. The crispbread i have has 7.5% fat, 60% carbohydrates (but only 3% sugar),15% roughage, 13% protein and 1% salt. the 250g packet has 1000 kcal. Shelf life is 2 years.
I saw your wet wipes but didn't see a roll of toilet paper (which has uses beyond taking a dump).
I think you should consider bringing insect protection, depending on how the insect situation was in the past.
I also have some plastic bags for used clothes, opened food or trash.
