Used to shoot as a kid but that was over a decade ago with who knows how unfitting of a bow. I understand the basics like a peeper, trigger release, weight let off, never shoot dry, etc.
What are some brands you could recommend? I hear a lot of nice brands have cheaper models under different names, I also hear stuff like Facebook market place is great because pro hunters like a new bow every year and sell the old ones. I know I need to go to an archery shop for measurements before I can look for a used one. Just need a push in the right direction.
