I don’t regret the $280 I spent on my TM26 (and the at the time top of the line 3500mah batteries), because I find it is small and light enough and has enough battery life to justify keeping in my bag as a lantern, and it can sustain its 4K burst for a while, especially in cold weather since it has a thermometer and not a timer like this TM10k.
I find this light more impressive than the 32k meme light, because of its size. I would consider buying one if they are able to get the price down below $250 and manage to get a 6k ish burst that last a few minutes. I love the external design.
