>>322432I think that's what the other anon was refering to. Many people buy a Zippo and expect it to be simple to use, and think they'll just find ou by themselves, when they hardly can. A Zippo requires some rare maintenance that's easy to learn and easy to do, but it needs to be done the right way, and you're unlikely to figure it out by yourself.
There's a manual that comes with Zippos and that explains all that stuff, but few read it. Everyone should, it says everything. Zippos are all tested prior to sale, if your Zippo doesn't work, it's because you're not using it properly.
