>>2087359For sure, thanks pal. Just was wondering what anyone elses first steps are. Should i get it insured as soon as its mine if im not putting anything on it for a few years?
>>2087418I aint afraid of no glowies! Nah, really though it was relatively cheap in the govs eyes so whatever wasnt taxed i definitely could pay + fines so long as theres not an absurd markup if ever caught. I know you cant compare your areas laws to mine but if hes the one selling and insisting to go tax free and i pay him in cash am i equally liable usually? Also if thats your land congratulations friend, hope youre enjoying
>>2087363Thanks! Looked up a few quick vids and definitely gonna try it myself when i get off work.
>>2087419>>2087562Fellas, i am actively shitting myself. You know how you look at people on dr phil falling for ridiculous frauds and think ha, that could never be me? Fucking hell, real estates just been so bad here and it just feels like ive been drawing the shit end of the stick for so long since before the coof land the same size or bigger was half the price for the location its in. [Five and a half hours from south Ontario]. I just saw this opportunity and didnt want to let it slip because it was perfect for the lady and I. He didnt even insist on me wiring the cash straight away, i went out of my way happily to be retarded because i didnt want the deal to fall through because i was so excited.
The only thing keeping me sane is that hes given me all sorts of info that ive verified true [im a P.I. and pay for database accesses so confirmation wasnt an issue], info about his business, his family, vehicle info, phone, addresses, banking info, etc. But i know the real issue is i have no real recourse, especially legal, except for "confrontation", and even then that doesnt get my money back.
