>>837084For me, the whole culture of hunter/gatherer (Estonian here) and being brought up to appreciate them. Mushrooms are a cornerstone for being a human. It's like taking a miniature hike in the woods, but besides getting fresh air and being connected with nature you also bring home the fruits. And wild mushrooms taste a lot better than store sold mushrooms. Much like wild animals taste much better than store bought animal meat. Plus the stores don't stock real quality products, those you get from farmers/hunters/fishers etc. Plebs go to supermercado for food lol.
