Nice thing about powersports, you've almost always got some fuel to get a fire going with. I can start a fire with the spark plug if I'm really in a bind, though I carry a fair amount of firestarting equipment both on my sled and in my pack.
Protip: Get some carbide... the shit miners used to put in their lamps. When mixed with water (snow, from a pond/river/whatever, or even spit or piss), it creates highly flammable acetylene gas. This is an inexpensive (once you source the carbide, it's gotten more difficult lately) and lightweight/foolproof way to start fires innawoods. Pack the carbide rocks in a film can with some cotton to use as tinder.
