You can try using an inflatable pad, and it works but isn’t ideal. They can slide around a bit, and might not be perfectly centered under you after you adjust your laying position. But you can get a cheap one and not worry about punctures, and they’re everywhere.
The other, better option is a poncho liner under quilt. It’s basically a synthetic military surplus quilt that’s used as insulation under a poncho, sometimes called a woobie. There are cheap knockoffs as well. You rig it up with shock cord (not paracord; it has to be able to stretch). Easy to make and cheap, though pretty bulky and heavy because synthetic. Works great for mild temps but I wouldn’t trust it to keep me warm under 55°. I made one and they’re pretty thin. It’s also not full length, but longer than 3/4 length.
