I used to encounter obnoxious campers, found a good solution - an overland truck and a BLM land map, try it out. I think the worst campers I've ever encountered had a kid that cried screaming at the top of his lungs for 3+ hours, other people were concerned enough to go check on the family but they thought it was just business as usual, eventually another camper started playing the trumpet to try to drown it out. The family eventually left. There's too many shit people in the world to gamble on campgrounds, most of North America is empty so it's not too hard to escape organized camp spots
