I do have decent confidence that my boots would keep out the water (if the river was low enough where it didn’t go above them), but that’s a pretty big risk when the nearest road crossing is 8-10 miles.
Picture this but 8x as wide. My hope is that the water level drops enough in winter that it’s only running in a center channel, and perhaps there’s enough snow at the time for a snowbridge to form
