Mystery ranch packs feel a lot more "high-tech" than Tasmanian, the dyneema fabric and the carbon frames they use are much lighter than the cordura and aluminium used by Tasmanian. On the other hand, the Tasmanian pack I have has absurd amounts of padding, which makes it more bearable at very high loads.
I also tend to prefer my pack over a blackjack 100 because of the modularity and the gun compartement (every pouch and the top can be removed and used as a separate pack). The blackjack also has a lot of small pouches, but they tend to be too small for what I usually carry, and can't be removed (not really an issue though, there are some molle panels if I wanted more storage).
