Just watch the car batt's power, or get a booster pack in case you do drain it through the night.
Alternatively, you can get a deep-cycle battery and charger ... provides plenty of 12v power for most excursions, if oyu've got a generator or utility power you can charge up the battery.
Pic related, what I use in my trailer. Usually take it with in the winter in case I need to jump-start my truck (or a parking lot full of dead cars after a -50°F night...)
Take it with in the summer if i'm riding/base-camping from the truck, i'll drain that one for my phone/cameras/etc and leave the truck's batt fully charged.
