Have horrible engine vibrations at lower rpms. It's like there's very torque/power spiky output coming from engine itself. Higher rpms also feel nasty.
If you unload engine while in gear, don't know what's the proper expression, like driving 50km/h with rpms just right that drivetrain is not causing any acceleration or deceleration vibrations are gone. As soon as you start accelerating or slowing down just a little bit vibrations are back.
It makes decent power, fires first time every time even in extreme cold, uses no oil. There's some black smoke under load at lower rpms.
Could that be injector problem? Tried undoing one at a time but didn't come to any conclusion. Measured header temps, looks alright. Have all new engine mounts. There's no flex pipe on exhaust tho, don't know if it had one originally.
Some strange injector problems? Frozen center on clutch disk so springs can't "filter" pulses from engine output?
