What's the procedure if I want to spare some seeds from freshly bought tomatoes that I would want to plant this spring? Put them in the freezer for a few weeks? Last year I bought Monte Rosa tomatoes in either December or January that I planted at the end of February indoors and by summer the plants turned out amazing with a shitton of tomatoes. Best type of tomato I've ever grown, big and juicy with soft skin. This year I postponed the purchase of this particular tomato because it costs a lot, at least twice as much as regular tomatoes, but I can't wait any longer for the prices to drop. This year I want to plant even more. Although, it's a hybrid and the seeds aren't true, the tomatoes I produced looked pretty much the same as the original.
